Coaching can be a very powerful facilitator of change and growth in your personal and professional lives. Coaching is a conversation during which I will ask you questions and listen a lot. The questions will be personal and tough, and challenge you to be honest with yourself. Some clients know exactly what they want to achieve, some know they need to make a change in their life but need to explore how.

Where do I go for coaching? How many sessions do I need?
Coaching is a conversation via video call. Sessions last one hour and most clients benefit from about 6 sessions over 3 months. After that sessions can be booked as needed or in blocks of 6. Some clients may find they return some time after the first block of sessions to work on a new area.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?
